The
leadership.
A family-led firm with two licensed contractors at the helm. Decades of Florida construction experience — and the credentials to prove it.
Lenine Aracil
With twenty-five years of construction leadership across the state of Florida, Lenine Aracil has built a portfolio that spans every scale of residential development — from intimate single-family remodels to large-scale apartment complexes.
His approach is rooted in long-term thinking: every project is engineered not just to meet code, but to last generations. As CEO and founder of Aralen Construction, Lenine sets the standard of craft, integrity, and client relationship that defines the firm today.
Joanny Aracil
Joanny Aracil holds dual Florida licenses as both a General Contractor and Roofing Contractor — a credential combination that gives Aralen exceptional vertical control over every project we deliver.
As Vice President, Joanny oversees daily operations, project execution, and field leadership. His direct involvement at every site ensures that the firm's standards are upheld from first foundation pour to final walkthrough.
